Established in 1988 as The Egg & I, and recently expanded into it's sister restaurants called The Egg Works in 2005. Egg Works is now the flagship breakfast joint in the Las Vegas area. They have a good breakfast but it would be great if they had a vegan/plant based option. Still enjoyed my breakfast.

Great breakfast at reasonable prices. Really great customer service. We arrived Sunday 10 am and there were already a lot of people, but 11.30 am there was a huge line of people waiting outside just to be seated!

Great service. Witnessing Oscar the waiter genuinely engage with an elderly customer. He has check with her, asked her questions, and has made her feel important. You can’t fake that. Oscar is amazing. Ok, the food is good too.
